Code Runners
A deck-building card game. You curate a deck of runners, exploits and countermeasures, then take it into a match against another player.
the idea
- Your deck is the decision. Cards are collected and curated between matches, so most of the game is played before you sit down — what you leave out matters as much as what you put in.
- Player against player. Matches are head-to-head rather than against a scripted opponent, on the same server-authoritative backend the Net Control Game runs on.
- A separate game, not a mode. It shares this hub, an account and a card back — and nothing else. Different rules, different pace, different table.
status
planned Not yet specified. Net Control comes first, and this one starts once its rules and the server behind them are finished.
In the meantime, Net Control is playable against bots.
